Salon Policies
Pricing — Service pricing varies by artist level, hair length, and complexity. All services and pricing should be discussed directly with your technician during the consultation before the service begins. Our front desk team can provide a starting price, however if any adjustments are made to the service during your visit, these must be disclosed and agreed upon with your technician before the service is performed.
Payment — We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Warren Tricomi gift cards are also accepted. Payment is expected at the time of service. For specialty services — including extensions, hair smoothing treatments, and bridal styling — a deposit of 50% of the service cost is kindly requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy — At Warren Tricomi, each appointment is reserved to ensure your experience is personalized and seamless. We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. For specialty services — including extensions, smoothing treatments, and bridal styling — 72 hours' notice is required to preserve your deposit. If an emergency arises within these time frames, please contact our booking assistant or concierge team by text, email, or phone. We'll gladly assist with rescheduling, and it will not be treated as a cancellation. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely, are subject to a fee equal to the full service amount. Deposits for specialty services are non-refundable.
Refunds & Service Redo — We do not offer refunds on completed services. Your satisfaction is our highest priority — if for any reason you are not completely pleased with your results, we invite you to contact us within seven days of your appointment so we may arrange a complimentary redo. Please note that if additional adjustments beyond the original service are required in order to achieve your desired look, extra charges may apply. We kindly ask that all redo requests be discussed directly with your technician, who can best assess what is needed. Please reach out to your location's concierge team via text or email to schedule.
Product Purchases — All product purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Late Arrivals — We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time may require rescheduling, as our artists may not be able to complete the full service within the remaining time. If you are running late, please contact your salon's concierge team via text or email as soon as possible.
Clothing & Personal Belongings — For your comfort and to protect your clothing, we provide luxurious robes during your service. We kindly ask that you remove any items that may be affected by products or treatments before your appointment begins. Warren Tricomi is unable to assume responsibility for personal items that may be misplaced or left behind — we encourage all to keep valuables and personal belongings with them at all times.
Children Policy — Kids (14 & under) and Students (15–21) are welcome at Warren Tricomi. Student pricing requires a valid student ID presented at check-in.
Gratuity — Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is always appreciated but never expected. Gratuity may be added at checkout or left in cash.
