Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms carefully before booking an appointment or using any Warren Tricomi services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, or using any services provided by Warren Tricomi ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Appointments & Reservations

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or via email at any of our three locations — New York City, Greenwich, and Sag Harbor. All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, particularly for specialty services such as extensions, hair smoothing treatments, and bridal styling. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to our cancellation and payment policies outlined below.

3. Pricing & Consultation

Service pricing varies by artist level, hair length, and complexity. All services and pricing should be discussed directly with your technician during the consultation before the service begins. Our front desk team can provide a starting price; however, if any adjustments are made to the service during your visit, these must be disclosed and agreed upon with your technician before the service is performed. Warren Tricomi reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Warren Tricomi gift cards are also accepted. Payment is expected in full at the time of service. For specialty services — including extensions, hair smoothing treatments, and bridal styling — a deposit of 50% of the service cost is kindly requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.

5. Cancellation Policy

For all services, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. For specialty services — including extensions, hair smoothing treatments, and bridal styling — we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice due to the extended time reserved exclusively for you. Please note that rescheduling is not treated as a cancellation — there is no charge for rescheduling your appointment, provided you notify us in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice, or missed without prior communication, will be subject to a fee equivalent to the full service charge. However, if you need to cancel on the same day and are able to rebook within the same week, no cancellation fee will be charged — we simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Your deposit for specialty services is non-refundable for late cancellations.

6. No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and have not provided prior notice will be considered a "no-show." No-show appointments are subject to a fee equivalent to the full service charge. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings or, at our discretion, the inability to book future appointments.

7. Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled time may need to be rescheduled, as our artists may not be able to complete the full service within the remaining time. If you are running late, please contact your salon's concierge team via text or email as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.

8. Refunds & Service Satisfaction

We do not offer refunds on completed services. Your satisfaction is our highest priority — if for any reason you are not completely pleased with your results, we invite you to contact us within seven (7) days of your appointment so we may arrange a complimentary redo. Please note that if additional adjustments beyond the original service are required in order to achieve your desired look, extra charges may apply. We kindly ask that all redo requests be discussed directly with your technician, who can best assess what is needed. Please reach out to your location's concierge team via text or email to schedule.

9. Product Purchases

All product purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage guests to consult with their technician regarding product recommendations before purchasing.

10. Gift Cards

Warren Tricomi gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash value, and have no expiration date. Gift cards may be used toward any service or product at any Warren Tricomi location. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift card balances cannot be combined or split across multiple cards.

11. Clothing & Personal Belongings

For your comfort and to protect your clothing, we provide luxurious robes for all guests during their service. We kindly ask that you remove any items that may be affected by products or treatments before your appointment begins. Warren Tricomi is unable to assume responsibility for personal items that may be misplaced or left behind — we encourage all guests to keep valuables and personal belongings with them at all times.

12. Health & Safety

The health and safety of our guests and team members is paramount. If you have any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may be relevant to your service, please inform your technician before the service begins. Warren Tricomi reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if, in our professional judgment, proceeding may pose a risk to the guest's health or safety. A patch test may be required for certain chemical services.

13. Children & Students

Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment. The parent or guardian is responsible for reviewing and accepting these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the child. Children's pricing is available for guests aged 14 and under. Student pricing is available for guests aged 15 to 21 with a valid student ID.

14. Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is always appreciated but never expected. Gratuity may be added at checkout or left in cash directly with your service provider.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Warren Tricomi website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Warren Tricomi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from Warren Tricomi.

16. Photography & Social Media

Warren Tricomi may photograph or video-record services, events, and salon interiors for use on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your technician or the front desk team prior to your appointment. By not opting out, you grant Warren Tricomi permission to use your likeness in promotional materials without additional compensation.

17. Limitation of Liability

Warren Tricomi and its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Warren Tricomi, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.

20. Privé Membership

Privé membership terms, benefits, and conditions are governed by a separate membership agreement provided at the time of enrollment. These Terms & Conditions apply to all Privé members in addition to the specific membership terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Privé membership agreement, the membership agreement shall prevail with respect to membership-specific matters.
